These grants are designed to help organizations strengthen their internal capacity through short-term technical assistance such as communications support, financial management, technology, or strategic and operational planning. Awards support critical work in the areas of Early Care & Education (from birth to age 5), Housing Access, Mental Health, and Substance Use.
