This is a meaningful leadership opportunity for a relational, values-driven nonprofit leader who is passionate about community, collaboration, and action. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board, U.S. Venture, and community partners to guide grantmaking, convenings, and day-to-day operations.
This role is at the heart of our work. It is an opportunity to be part of a small, dedicated team investing in lasting, community-driven change and addressing the root causes of poverty. The Executive Director supports the people and places doing important work to advance equity and economic well-being across our region.
We are seeking a leader who brings humility, integrity, and is action-oriented, along with experience in nonprofit or philanthropic leadership and a commitment to working alongside others to turn shared learning into real impact.
